Self-hosted vs Cloud?
Mercury is an open-source framework. You can host if for free on your own servers.
We offer a Mercury Cloud service that host notebooks for you. You can setup Mercury Site in seconds with few clicks.
We offer commercial license for organizations and data teams looking for self-hosted Mercury with custom features, dedicated support and private forks.
Do I need a VAT number for purchase?
You don't need a VAT number to make a purchase. Please be aware that additional tax may be added to the price if buying as a customer. Please add VAT number during checkout for company purchase.
What type of payments do you accept?
We use Paddle as our payment provider. You can pay with Credit Card or PayPal. We accept wire transfers for Mercury Enterprise.
How to cancel subscription?
You will get an email with cancel link just after the payment. You can use this link to cancel the subscription. If you can't find the link, please let us know by email (contact@mljar.com).
Can I get a refund?
Yes, up to 30 days after purchase. Let us know (contact@mljar.com) the reason and maybe we can help but either way it's not a problem.
